I'm trying to exercise more and eat less junk food.
A good way to start is eating where there's a good salad bar.
Helen's Deli is in the heart of downtown St Catharines, Ontario Canada.
Within 30 minutes of Buffalo New York - via the Rainbow Bridge - Niagara Falls Ontario.
Same goes for Niagara on the Lake,Welland, Thorold, Grimsby, Beamsville, Jordan and Fort Erie

Hamilton,Burlington, Oakville, Toronto's Downtown CNE, Theme Park Wonderland are all within 1.5 hours of Helen's Deli via QEW Niagara, to 406 HWY, head east off of Fourth Ave which turns into Welland Ave. Turn right at the lights (the big tank - Lake Street Armoury) take the left side of the Y road formation (James Street) and it's about 3 blocks up on the left side. (just past the St Catharines Public Library, Tim Horton's, Carousel Players, Market Square, across from Stella's Fine Dining Restaurant).
You can come and eat inside too. They keep morning and early afternoon hours there.
