they say the witches ball turns dark and removes negative energy from the body and helps to bring healing to it.
this is when it started vibrating my body and it went all the way down to my toes and made them tingle.
down my back and there was heat searing my chest near the heart.
It was a huge hot flash all at once, but it felt AWESOME...
